“Onion for hair?,” Chiku, my cousin looked at me astonished. Mouth agape, eyes wide open and eyebrows raised, she looked at me stunned as I sliced onions to prep my scalp potion.

I knew explanations wouldn’t work. She goes by results.

Always.

Do you think Chiku would now be convinced of the effectiveness of onion for hair care?

    1. Hi Soha

Honestly speaking, hair colour can’t be changed.

However, if it premature greying what we can do increase the intake of stuff that works to nourish hair so that new hair growth, if there isn’t grey/white.

Also, keep on applying natural homemade hair masks (add hibiscus generously to it) to avoid the contact of any type of chemical with your hair. Apply the one that you’ve read (add papaya and hibiscus powder to it as well) twice a week.

      Now, what to eat/drink?
      1) Every morning, 7 almonds
      2) Every evening, 7-10 walnuts
      3) 4 litres of water daily
      4) Every night, a cup of hibiscus tea
      5) Every morning, a smoothie made up of a beetroot and carrot (boil them in water first to soften them) and a tbsp. of wheat grass powder. It’ll taste horrifying but it’s nutrition packed to the brim!

All this need to be done for at least 3 months without any gap. Your hair will improve 🙂

    1. Not trying to be humble but I genuinely think that there’s nothing special about my writing style, Sumaiya.

DIYs? Chalo, for that even I pat my back every time I churn out ab effective one 😉

    1. I wouldn’t advise that, Sahtaj. Let’s take the safe route and opt out of it.

Instead you should try the papaya, curd, rose powder and Aroma Essentials Hair Revitalise Mask mix (I had posted that DIY a few weeks ago)

That is quite effective. It helps even more if one has extremely frizzy hair.

If hair fall is the problem, I’m chalking out an effective hair care routine very soon. You’ll see it by mid August on the blog.
